Permission to Receive Student Online Form
All students in preschool through first grade (or as requested by parent/guardian of upper grade students), must be received at their place of safety by a parent/guardian. If someone other than the parent/guardian is receiving your student, please complete the online 2023-24 Permission to Receive form.
This must be in place before the person will be allowed to receive your student. Your submitted form will be valid for the current school year. Contact the Transportation Office at [email protected] for questions or concerns.
