Alumni Transcript Requests

R.B. CHAMBERLIN HIGH AND TWINSBURG HIGH ALUMNI


NOTE: There is a $2 fee per transcript/record request.  Request forms must be submitted via U.S. Mail or in person. (Faxed or emailed requests are not accepted.)  Payment must accompany requests in order to be processed.  *Only cash, money order or cashier's check, payable to Twinsburg High School, will be accepted--no personal checks.

Please allow five (5) business days, once your request is received in our office, for your request to be processed.  Thank you!

Due to privacy/state laws, graduates 18 years old and older are considered legal adults.
Parents are not permitted to request transcripts/records for their child.

DIPLOMA COPIES
If your diploma was lost or destroyed, please contact Jostens at 440.744.9014 to order a replacement diploma.  THS does not keep copies of alumni diplomas.

We're inviting you to share your journey with us and our students. Tell us about your experiences at our schools and what you've been up to since then. Your story can motivate our students to chase their dreams and reach their goals. By sharing your success, we can encourage the next generation to do great things too.
