  • New students enrolling for 2024-25 will appear in ParentSquare on July 20th

ParentSquare is a safe and secure communication tool that allows communication across one unified platform. Families will receive district and school level news and announcements as well as information about closing and delays.

Accounts are automatically created for families based on information provided in the district's student information system. Parents are encouraged to login/activate their account from a browser or download the mobile app with the cell phone or email address associated with their child. By doing this, families can customize the way notifications are received and to what frequency.

Stay Connected

Phone numbers and email addresses are obtained from our student information system. You may update your phone number and/or email address by logging into FinalForms. ParentSquare syncs nightly to update your preferences.

You may update your settings by logging into your account. Please see these instructions to update your Notification settings.

* Do NOT disable SCHOOL ALERTS *  These may be used for emergency notifications. 

Depending on the message type, you will receive different types of notifications.

Informational messages will be available in your email and the Parent Square App based on your preferences.

Urgent messages, such as school closings, will be sent to all methods of communication including text, email, phone and the Parent Square App.

Please consider downloading the Parent Square App. It is an easy way to receive and reply to communications. It is available in both IOS and Google play.

ParentSquare Help

Make sure you are receiving emails.

If you are not receiving ParentSquare email notifications, please take the following steps:
  1. Check the email address on your ParentSquare account page is accurate and updated
  2. Add donotreply*@parentsquare.com to your safe sender or contact list (please note asterisk * in email address)
  3. Mark ParentSquare emails as "Not Spam"
  4. Ensure no filters are diverting ParentSquare emails to other folders
  5. We recommend using your personal email address. Your work email may be blocked from receiving messages from ParentSquare. 

If you still do not see ParentSquare emails:
  1. Check your spam/junk folder for emails from @parentsquare.com
  2. Add the domain "parentsquare.com" to your safe senders list within your email client
  3. If you are still not receiving emails, please use the form below to contact us for assistance
