The Twinsburg City School District is pleased to continue the use of an online system for new student registration and for returning students’ annual update of information, powered by FinalForms. The system is a secure site which offers parents the ability to complete many paper forms online and will diminish the need to rewrite the same information on multiple forms.

 

Instructions will be sent to families with children in the Twinsburg City School District to set up an account.   Once you have created a FinalForms account, you will continue to use this same account each year. You will no longer need a yearly "SnapCode". An online form must be submitted for each child in a family. 

New forms will be made available to review during the school year via FinalForms. You may also log into FinalForms during the year to change contact information and addresses.

 

If a family does not have access to the Internet, the Twinsburg Public Library also has computers available for use.

If you've never completed an online form with FinalForms, you will need to create a FinalForms Account. Check your email for an Account Confirmation Email. Once received you can confirm your account.This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. Forms for multiple children can be completed using the same account.

 

 

The forms are pre-populated with information on file in our system. Review the Introduction page and complete each form. Each form will need to be signed digitally. Students in Grades 7-12 will also log in to sign forms. 

 

You can always return to FinalForms and make corrections.

 

 

Yes, because you'll need to provide information that is specific to each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another - this will allow you to share selected family information, which saves you time.
