Parent Instructions with Checklist

Required documents can be uploaded from your computer, phone or tablet on the first page of the process by clicking the Manage Documents link.

Uploading the required documents will allow us to verify the documents and contact you prior to your appointment if any of the documents would not be accepted. This will expedite the in person registration.

Examples: Birth Certificate or Passport, Custody/Guardianship papers if applicable, Parent/Guardian Driver's License with current address, and the Proofs of Residency. Please bring originals with you to your appointment.

New Student Registration--> Final Forms Registration

Appointments will be available in early August.

Once the schedule is set, we will email all registrants a link to make an appointment.

Registration Appointments:

Dates are by appointment. Once you have submitted your New Student Registration, we will review your data and send you a link to make an appointment. Only one appointment is needed for a family. Students do NOT need to attend. Please be sure to use the checklist and forms available on the Registration Documents page to be sure you have all your paperwork.

Please be patient while we review your information. We will send the appointment link as soon as possible.

Identification
Child's original birth certificate
Residency affidavit and all necessary forms can be found on the here.
Residency affidavit can be notarized at your appointment
