The Twinsburg City School District is pleased to continue the use of an online system for new student registration and for returning students’ annual update of information, powered by PowerSchool Enrollment. The system is a secure site which offers parents the ability to complete many paper forms online and will diminish the need to rewrite the same information on multiple forms.

 

Letters or emails with instructions will be sent to families with children in the Twinsburg City School District in early August.   An online form must be submitted for each child in a family. The letter or email will include a secure "Snapcode" that links directly to a child's information.  Powerschool Enrollment provides the option to copy family information and emergency contacts to each child in a family. 

 

Newly registered students will not receive a notification since they have just completed all the necessary information during the registration process. If a newly registered family needs to update information, please contact the school directly.

 

We respectfully request that families begin to submit the requested information as soon as possible after receiving the letter or email in August. If a family does not have access to the Internet, the Twinsburg Public Library also has computers available for use.

The snapcode is like a key to your child's data for the upcoming school year. You will receive a unique snapcode for each child. Make sure you enter it exactly as it appears above, with no spaces or punctuation. The snapcode is case sensitive. For added security you will need to enter your child’s birthdate. If you've never completed an online form with Powerschool Enrollment, you will need to create a Powerschool Enrollment Account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number. If you already have an account with the Twinsburg City School District, you can sign in and complete the form using the same account; however each child will have a unique snapcode. Forms for multiple children can be completed using the same account.

 

 

Review the Introduction page and click “Next >” to enter forms.

The forms are pre-populated with information on file in our system.

Required questions are marked in red.

Use the “< Prev” or “Next >” buttons to move between pages.

Clicking “Next->” on the final page will take you to the Review & Submit page.

 

 

If you would like to make a change, prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the "< Prev" or "Next >" buttons. If you are on the Review page, click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form, you will need to contact your child's school so the secretarial staff can make the changes for you.

 

 

Once you have finished reviewing and updating your information, click "Submit." This will send all of the information you've entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, please review your child’s information as you need to make sure that you have answered all REQUIRED questions.

 

 

On the Submission Confirmation page, you may choose to print a copy of the submitted form. You will also be given the option to download additional forms.

 

 

Yes, because you'll need to provide information that is specific to each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another - this will allow you to "snap" (or share) selected family information, which saves you time.
