If you are not receiving Blackboard Connect emails or calls, please read the tips below before filling out this form.
Not receiving emails:
Check if emails are flagged as junk/spam, particularly hotmail, outlook, and a few roadrunner accounts. Parents need to be on the lookout in their junk/spam folder. Also, they need to log into their account on a computer, check their junk/spam mail settings and add [email protected]
to their safe senders list.
Not receiving calls/voicemails on a cell phone:
Check your blocked callers list on your cell phone. If you have blocked 330-486-2000 or the other school numbers, your phone will not receive a call or voicemail from this number.
Email messages are delayed in arrival:
Blackboard Connect does not contol the delivery of email to the recipient's inbox. Emails are passed to the individual email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) within 2 minutes of a scheduled message. Once the email has been handed off from the Blackboard system, it is up to the provider to deliver the message.
