Parent Pick-Up
Don’t want your student to ride the bus home for a day? Changing to a parent pickup for JUST one day?

This form must be submitted before 2:30 p.m. on the day you will be picking up your child. This form will not be checked after 2:30pm and your child may be sent to the bus.
Report an Absence/Tardy/Appointment
Student absences need to be called into the office at 330-486-2030.
Will your child be tardy or need to leave early?
Click the button below to complete the Wilcox Tardy/Appointment Form if your student will part of the school day.
This form must be submitted at least 2 hours before your child gets picked up, no later than 1:30 PM.
