Required documents can be uploaded from your computer, phone or tablet on the first page of the process by clicking the Manage Documents link. You will still need to bring original documents to your appointment when scheduled.

Registration Appointments

Dates are by appointment. Once you have submitted your New Student Registration, we will review your data and send you a link to make an appointment. Only one appointment is needed for a family. Students do NOT need to attend. Please be sure to use the checklist and forms available on the Registration Documents page to be sure you have all your paperwork.

Please be patient while we review your information. We will send the appointment link as soon as possible.

Identification
Child's original birth certificate
Residency affidavit and all necessary forms can be found here.
Residency affidavit can be notarized at your appointment
