Fall CCP materials request form is open!

NOTE: ANY MATERIALS WE HAVE AT THS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL AUGUST 12TH!

To those that are new to CCP, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING CCP Materials Acquisition Procedure in its entirety: 

** This process MUST be followed or families will be billed for the cost of the materials.  You are NOT permitted to RENT materials. **

1. Complete the College Credit Plus Material Acquisition Form to request CCP materials prior to classes beginning. This form can also be found in the CCP/Dual Credit Google Classroom.

2. During the school year, THS Media Assistant Mrs. DiMatteo will check if the materials are available from the THS Media Center. If they are not available, the student will receive an email from Mrs. DiMatteo approving the purchase of books through the college bookstore. Books can only be purchased once this email is received. If they ARE available, the student will receive information about pick up. 

3. During the summer months, complete the form below and Mrs. Dana Kennedy from Central Office will respond within 72 hours. You can contact her at dkennedy@twinsburgcsd.org for CCP material support.

4. If there are additional titles that were not requested at the time of the first form submission, you must submit another request form for the additional materials.

5. All physical CCP books and materials need to be returned to Mrs. DiMatteo in the THS Media Center upon completion of the CCP course(s).  IF a material is online only, an eBook, or another type of material that cannot be returned easily, the student must contact Mrs. DiMatteo to state this information so that it can be documented.
