Car Tags
Have you activated your old car tags yet? Do you need a new set of Dodge parent pick-up tags?

Parent Pick-Up
Please complete this form if you plan to pick up your child early (i.e.: doctor's appointment) or if you are changing how your child is normally being dismissed (i.e.: car rider instead of riding the bus).
This form must be submitted before 1:00 p.m. on the day you will be picking up your child. This form will not be checked after 1:00pm. If you have a request AFTER 1:00, please call the office at 330.486.2268 to notify us of your request.
