Career and Workforce Readiness in the Twinsburg City School District
As part of the Twinsburg City School District’s Strategic Plan, the development and implementation of Career and Workforce Readiness opportunities is a continuing priority for all staff and students from preschool through 12th grade. From career day events, to shadowing experiences and touch points throughout the school year in and out of the classroom, the TCSD is heavily invested in fostering career and workforce development for ALL of its students.
Framework
With the help of the Twinsburg City School District Business Advisory Council, building administration and school counselors, the district’s Career Specialist and Curriculum Supervisor, the TCSD developed a Career and Workforce Readiness framework that highlights the objectives and possible activities/events at each school building in the district to follow.
