Your student's bus pick up and drop off assignments that were in place at the end of last school year will be in effect for the upcoming school year. If changes are needed, please fill out and submit the Online Transportation Form as soon as possible. Requests received after Wednesday, August 2, 2023 will not be processed until August 25, 2023.
Example:
- 2022-23 School Year: Wilcox student (1st grade) - transported from AM neighborhood stop and to PM daycare stop.
- 2023-24 School Year: Moved up to Bissell (2nd grade) - bus schedule will stay the same.
Please remember: ONE stop and ONE bus per student every day in the morning and the afternoon. You may have your student have a different stop from the morning/afternoon stop, but it must be the same five (5) days a week.
Example:
- AM: Ride bus from neighborhood stop
- PM: Ride bus to daycare/sitter stop
Bus Assignment Reminder:
- Bissell students do not have to be received after school unless you request it by sending an email to [email protected] Your student will then be held on the bus until parent/designee is at the stop.
- Students must ride once a week to maintain their bus assignment.
- Students not riding their assigned bus more than three weeks in a row will be removed from the bus and assigned to parent transport.
- High school students that have a parking permit will not be assigned to a bus. Note: Student cars must have the permit displayed in their car at all times while on school property during the instructional day. Please see THS Parking Procedures & Guidelines information
