Complete your child’s Wilcox kindergarten registration NOW! (updated w/ kindergarten screening link)

Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of incoming Kindergarten Students,


New student coming to Wilcox should be registered through the online registration system. Before your child can officially enroll in the Wilcox Primary School kindergarten, the District will need verification of the following documents:

 
  1. Original or certified copy of Birth/adoption certificate
  2. Custody Papers (if applicable)
  3. Verification of Residency
    1. Property Deed or Rental/Lease Agreement
    2.  Two (2) additional Proofs of Residency (such as: Utility Bill, Home/Apartment Insurance Declaration, Municipal Income Tax Bill, Section 8 Documentation, Pay Stub, or Driver’s License/State I.D. with current address)
  4. Medical Information (record of immunizations, physical & dental records)
