During a recent staff meeting, George G. Dodge Intermediate School Art Teachers Mrs. Emily Yambor and Ms. Dawn Luette assisted the administrators, Mr. Holland, Mrs. Huggins, and Ms. Walker with a fun art project.
The painting activity was an extension of the book, Fostering Resilient Learners by Kristin Souers and Pete Hall, which TCSD staff members are reading. The book and this enjoyable art activity are great reminders about the importance of taking time out to take care of ourselves just as we look after our students!
