On Friday, May 3, 2019, our newly formed Twinsburg High School Symphonic Band competed at the OMEA State Competition, held in North Royalton. This new group qualified for States in March with a Superior performance at Districts, competing in Class A for the first time in school history! This is a big accomplishment for a new group.
Our students also performed well on Friday, and earned an "Excellent" Rating from the adjudication panel, which is comprised of master educators in their field. This is a big step forward for the Tiger Band, and we look forward to further successes in the future! Bravo, Mr. Bonitz and our very talented Tiger musicians! Very Tiger Proud!
