During the week of September 24-28, Samuel Bissell Elementary School students and staff engaged in daily activities to promote inclusion as part of Start with Hello Week.
Students signed a Pledge Wall, created posters highlighting the importance of friendship, and made class paper chains with kind messages written on each chain. Each student and staff member also received a bracelet and were encouraged to wear green.
The week culminated with a "High Five" line, where second graders lined the hallways and gave third grade students high fives as they passed by. It’s been a great week at Samuel Bissell Elementary School!
