Recently, Ms. Babcock took her third grade students at Samuel Bissell Elementary School to Super Mario World for the day! Students worked their way through five levels and a bonus level.
All activities centered on reading or writing, and were differentiated according to students' ability levels. All students were grouped, assigned a color, and given matching hats for the day. Students collaborated with their teammates to complete challenging and rigorous activities. Once students completed a task, they received coins and a new task card. We are so proud of our students for their hard work during such an exciting day!
