On Saturday, January 27th, Twinsburg High School Orchestra students participated in the District six O.M.E.A. Solo and Ensemble adjudicated event at Firestone High School in Akron.
Out of eighteen (18) events, our THS Orchestra students earned eleven (11) “Superior” ratings (the highest score) and seven (7) “Excellent ratings. Solo and Ensemble provides each student the opportunity to perform before a judge and receive comments with a rating of I – Superior; II – Excellent; III – Fair; IV and V. Music must be selected from a required state list and is classified as A, B, or C with Class A being the most difficult.
