Description:
Are you controlling stress or is it controlling your family?
Dr. Lisa Riegel will present tips and strategies to help your child (and you) find happiness by reducing stress.
This program is open to parents of Kindergarten through Grade 12 students.
Please note a time change from previous programs; due to busy evenings filled with homework and sports practice, a daytime event has been scheduled.
